You can ask us to delete your Flatra account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion and what is removed.
Email flatraapp@gmail.com from, or mentioning, the mobile number registered in the app, with the subject "Flatra data deletion request".

We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting. We action verified requests within 30 days.
An apartment association is a shared financial record. To keep the association's books consistent, some flat-level financial history (for example, that a maintenance charge for a flat was paid in a given month) may be retained in the association's records in a form that is no longer linked to your personal profile, or where the law requires us to keep it. If you are a flat owner, your association's secretary manages the flat's records; deleting your personal login does not by itself delete the association's building data.
